JAMES A. MARKS   

Mr. Marks is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He obtained his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has been practicing law in the State of Minnesota and the State of Missouri since 1995. He is a member of the Perryville Chamber of Commerce, The Missouri Bar and Perryville Kiwanis Club.
